To reach Asians, it is important to start locally. Charity begins at home.
The Bible teaches we start in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and then to the ends of the earth.

Dr Tommie Jooste
Mrs Bessie Kruger
I’m Bessie Kruger and I’m now going to handle all the finances of the Mission. I have been involved with the Mission when it was based in Belgium since 1984. I was the bookkeeper until 1990 for the Flemish Mission and also handled Action Prayer Power for a while. In 2002 I was asked if I would come and help again and so I became involved in Mission Asia 2000 as an accountant where I am still involved today.
I am so thankful to the Lord that I have been able to be involved in the Mission for so long and trust that He will help the Mission continue for many years to continue the wonderful work in Asia.
Mrs Marietjie Pretorius
My commitment to Mission Asia is a testimony, which has its beginnings at a vision the Lord gave me one night during a Church service in 2000.
As a single parent with my last child leaving home, I felt very lonely and I felt that night God was calling me for something more. It was a mission service at the Church and the Lord placed it on my heart to get involved in a mission. This thought began to take greater shape after I got a job offer in Pretoria and prayed very earnestly for an affordable place to live in the big city.
After many prayers and doors were closed to me, at the end of 2006 I got a garden flat next to the house where the mission founders then lived.
I talked to The Lord about the thought, which came to me during the service. From there I just became more and more involved with Mission Asia. I helped with newsletters and admin for a while. In 2010 I had the privilege of visiting the team in the Philippines and now after the missions restructuring, I am fully involved with the administrative part of the Mission – liaising with the supporters and the teams in Asia.
